As violent protests continue in Iran - the country's leadership declares American and Israeli interests in the region will become legitimate targets if the US strikes the Islamic Republic. The US president declares a national emergency to stop a potential court seizure of Venezuelan oil revenues sent stateside. It comes in the wake of Washington's abduction of the country's leader Nicolas Maduro last week. One woman is killed and three people injured - as apartments, houses and a school are hit during a large-scale Ukrainian assault on the Russian city of Voronezh. Authorities say 17 drones were intercepted overnight.
